Terms & conditions
QBE Product Liability Insurance will only be valid for:-
-Purchasers who purchased FOX products sold exclusively through GIN HUAT CYCLE TRADING SDN BHD and/ or our network of Authorized FOX Dealers in Malaysia. The list of Authorized FOX Dealers can be found in our website @www.ginhuat.com.my and upon purchase of such FOX Products, the authorized dealers shall issue receipts with serial numbers written thereon.
-Purchasers of FOX products who have registered their FOX Warranty Registration Form online @www.ginhuat.com.my. The product liability insurance only applies to the person named in the FOX Warranty Registration Form and it is non-transferable.
-During the online registration of FOX Warranty Registration Form, you are required to input the serial number of the FOX product purchased as well as scan and upload the receipt issued by us and/ or our network of Authorized FOX Dealers as proof of purchase of the FOX products. Upon our confirmation of the product serial number corresponding with those in our database, the QBE Product Liability Insurance shall commence its coverage for one (1) year from the date of purchase to the day preceding the anniversary of the date of purchase.
-The warranty by FOX against manufacturing defects of FOX products shall also be valid for one (1) year from the date of purchase of FOX product to the day preceding the anniversary of the date of purchase.
-Subject to the terms and conditions contained in QBE Product Liability Insurance, QBE Insurance (Malaysia) Berhad is legally liable to pay damages arising out of any claims made by claimants for bodily injury and/ or property damage due to the condition or quality of FOX products whilst using the same.
-We do not authorize or allow anyone including our authorized dealers to change, modify, vary, amend and/ or extend the terms of QBE Product Insurance Liability in any manner whatsoever.
-Gin Huat Cycle Trading Sdn. Bhd. reserves the right to change, modify, vary and/ or amend the terms & condition if necessary without any prior notice.
